ODM sourcing and development involves broader product changes or a new solution built around a defined requirement. Through qualified partner factories, the project may include industrial design, structure, functions, flavour development, mould opening or other engineering work. ODM projects need a clearer specification, larger budget, higher MOQ and longer validation process than standard private-label wholesale.

Our OEM/ODM workflow
1. Requirement review. Share your target market, customer profile, preferred product format, price level, quantity, launch date and customisation needs.
2. Platform and feasibility proposal. We recommend existing products for OEM or discuss whether the request requires ODM development.
3. Commercial terms and MOQ. The quotation defines applicable minimum quantities, development or artwork costs, sample terms and estimated lead time.
4. Artwork and sample approval. Buyers review the agreed visual files, packaging information and physical samples where applicable.
5. Partner-factory production and coordinated quality checks. The selected licensed partner factory produces according to the approved specification, while PaphosVape coordinates order communication and agreed inspection requirements. Inspection scope and acceptance terms should be confirmed before partner-factory production.
6. Delivery and repeat orders. Available shipping routes are discussed for the destination, followed by replenishment planning and controlled updates for future batches.
